Fee information

We charge tenant(s) the following Administration, Tenancy Fees:

NB: Please note fees covers up to two applicants.

  • £295.00 plus VAT (£354.00 including VAT) on properties up to £749.00 per calendar month.
  • £395.00 plus VAT (£474.00 including VAT) on properties over £750.00 per calendar month.
  • £495.00 plus VAT (£594.00 including VAT) on properties over £1,500.00 per calendar month.

This includes all referencing (including credit checks, previous landlord reference(s), employers/accountants reference(s) etc), general administration fees, preparing a tenancy agreement, organising check-in and check-out appointments, guarantor arrangements/references (if applicable).

TDS Registration Fee is £50.00 plus VAT (£60.00 including VAT) per property.

This fee is for Appointmoor Estates to register your Deposit with the TDS scheme (The Tenancy Deposit Scheme) to protect your deposit held by Appointmoor Estates as Stakeholders.

Verification Fee is £10.00 plus VAT (£12.00 including VAT) per applicant.

Additional applicant and/or guarantor is £100.00 per applicant plus VAT (£120.00 including VAT)
