Established in 1998, we’re proud to be the only estate agency in the heart of Chalkwell.
From our early days we’ve expanded with the market and today we have a dedicated team of 13 staff members, many of whom have been with us since the start. Our team are experts in all of the surrounding local areas.

Not only do we really know the sales market, but we’re quietly confident that we hold the largest rental portfolio in the area and there is little we don’t know about letting, property and block management.
We’ve helped many investors find and establish rental property portfolios, and a high percentage of our clients have returned time and time again.

Bradley has been in the industry for over 20 years and continues to guide the team with his hands-on approach. A keen golfer, he thrives on a round or two once the business day is over. He's also fond of trying new restaurants and has a passion for a good Chinese!
Michael lives and breathes property and joined the company at just 19 years of age.
During this time he has worked his way through all roles within the sales department, from Trainee Sales Negotiator to his current role as the Sales Manager. He believes in a hands on management approach and works closely with the entire team. He also thrives on finalising a deal. Michael really knows his specialist area.
Lynda brings her extensive knowledge of sales to the Appointmoor offering. Her role as a Senior Sales Negotiator guarantees that Lynda will be a point of contact during the purchase or sale of your new home. A true people person with a ‘can do’ attitude ensures she is loved by both staff and customers alike.
Introducing Nathan, our newly appointed Sales Negotiator. With years of sales experience his main focus is to sell your property quickly or help you purchase that dream home. His friendly, approachable and yet professional nature instills confidence with our clients, whether buying or selling.
Rebecca is the driving force in the sales process, and is right at the heart of any sale. She ensures that each sale progresses steadily towards exchange and completion. She brings solicitors, vendors, buyers, surveyors and mortgage brokers into the process.
Kate is central to the sales team and keeps things running smoothly. She oversees property marketing, including social media, sales particulars and assists with property listings and advertising. She also manages the daily diary ensuring that the sales team are kept fully up to speed with their tasks.
Claire’s recent employment history has solely focused on property and in particular property management. As the newly appointed Property Management & Lettings Manager, Claire has experienced all aspects of the field and her knowledge of the sector is what sets her apart. Whether managing the team, answering queries or organising inspections and repairs, Claire’s focus is the happiness of both landlords and tenants.
Over 4 years in the industry, Charlotte brings experience and knowledge to the Lettings team. Her bubbly personality combined with a positive attitude is really what makes Charlotte stand out, both in the office and with our clients.
Cheryl is the linchpin of the lettings team. She oversees reference and SEAL list checks for new tenants, ensuring their accurate and timely completion. She also organises maintenance work for move ins, manages inventories and completes all new tenant administration.
With many years of industry knowledge, Lauren’s expertise in all things property related is unrivalled. Combining a property management background with her customer service skills Lauren is an invaluable member of the Appointmoor team.
From early on in Lorraine’s career the phrase ’the customer is always right’ has always been her focus and to this day, she continues to uphold this value. She has been employed in the customer service sector all her working life and in particular within the estate agency industry. Customer service is what drives Lorraine and she excels in matching people with property. Her focus is to provide tenants and landlords with a positive experience and thrives on building relationships with them over a period of years.
Introducing Hannah, the newest member of the Appointmoor team. Since leaving college Hannah has worked solely in the customer service industry and it's these skills she brings to the Appointmoor offering. With a desire to focus her attentions on the property market she is looking forward to building her career as a Property Manager.
Sophie joins the property management team at Appointmoor after several years’ experience in our lettings department and an extended leave to begin her block management qualifications. Sophie offers a wealth of property knowledge and is always on hand to advise and assist our clients.
