Bradley has been in the industry for over 20 years and continues to guide the team with his hands-on approach. A keen golfer, he thrives on a round or two once the business day is over. He's also fond of trying new restaurants and has a passion for a good Chinese!
Stewart has been helping people move for over 13 years and always says that the best compliment he has ever had is ‘You are not like an Estate Agent’. His approachable manner and knowledge of the local area brings support and guidance to vendors and buyers alike. In his spare time, Stewart manages an 11 aside football team raising money for a local charity and likes to spend quality time with his wife and two young daughters.
Lynda brings her extensive knowledge of sales to the Appointmoor offering. Her role as a Senior Sales Negotiator guarantees that Lynda will be a point of contact during the purchase or sale of your new home. A true people person with a ‘can do’ attitude ensures she is loved by both staff and customers alike.
Siobhan is a rising star in property sales. As a Sales Negotiator, Siobhan works closely with buyers ensuring that your sale is quick, efficient and at a great price. A real 'people person’, Siobhan is always friendly, approachable and responsive throughout the whole sales process. In her spare time Siobhan enjoys going to the gym & cuddling her cockapoo.
Sophie is key to the sales team heading up all administration whilst keeping things running smoothly overseeing property marketing, sales particulars, social media and advertising. Having been within the industry for 3 years she has a true passion for property. Sophie also manages the daily diary making sure the team’s day to day is running smoothly.
With over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, Jim has honed his expertise in mortgage advisory after transitioning from a successful career in the City. His deep understanding of the financial landscape enables him to provide sound, trustworthy advice to his clients. Outside of work, Jim enjoys an active lifestyle, having once been a keen rugby player in his youth. Nowadays, he spends his free time indulging in DIY projects, paddle boarding, and staying fit at the gym.
I've been working in the property industry for just over 2 years now – starting within an agency as a negotiator and then took the leap into working as an Auction Specialist last year since seeing the successes of the modern method of auction.
Claire’s recent employment history has solely focused on property and in particular property management. As the Property Management & Lettings Manager, Claire has experienced all aspects of the field and her knowledge of the sector is what sets her apart. Whether managing the team, answering queries or organising inspections and repairs, Claire’s focus is the happiness of both landlords and tenants.
Dealing primarily with first phase rentals, Louis brings his fun and friendly attitude to everything he does. He really does love meeting people and likes nothing more than finding them their dream home.
Cheryl is the linchpin of the lettings team. She oversees reference and tenancy contracts for new tenants, ensuring their accurate and timely completion. She also organises maintenance work for move ins, manages inventories and completes all new tenant administration.
Deborah has worked in Sales, Lettings and Property Management for over 5 years having previously owned her own successful cleaning business - so she really knows how to keep property immaculately. At Appointmoor, she is responsible for heading up our Property Management department.
Senior Property Manager Rose has 23 years experience in the industry and continues to enjoy and excel in the huge variety of tasks in the role. She loves the challenge that property management presents with no two days being the same. Away from Appointmoor, she loves to cook and spend time with family.
Reece has over 10 years of professional property experience having worked across property management, letting negotiations and leasehold management. His knowledge, organisational skills and enthusiasm for property and customer service make him indispensable to both our team and our clients.
Luisa has joined us at Appointmoor having excelled in her previous customer service role. Being a singer & performer outside of her day job, Luisa brings her natural enthusiasm and personality to her role with us. She’s looking forward to working her way through the ranks.
Sophie joins the property management team at Appointmoor after several years’ experience in our lettings department and an extended leave to begin her block management qualifications. Sophie offers a wealth of property knowledge and is always on hand to advise and assist our clients.
Emma manages our social media content, and has over 20 years of experience in advertising and marketing. Emma creates content that helps us market our properties to as many potential clients as possible.
