Property management is an important element of our business. We have an extensive knowledge of the local area and a thorough understanding of the lettings sector.
Our property management service takes the hassle out of letting for landlords.
As well as handling all of the ongoing administration, we can take care of liaisons between tenants, solicitors and local authorities too wherever needed. Meaning that you can sit back safe in the knowledge that you are getting the best service possible.
As part of our service we will:
- Collect ongoing rent.
- Arrange maintenance of the property if required.
- Undertake regular inspections.
- Provide monthly accounts to both tenant and landlord.
- Complete all ongoing administration of the property under the terms of management.
- Liaise with solicitors (if required).
- Liaise with the Local Authority regarding housing benefit (if applicable).
- Arrange tenant and landlord insurance (if required).
- Arrange rent guarantee scheme (if required).
- Arrange independent inventories (if required).
- Arrange EPC certificates (if required).
